Health Coaching and Wellness

In addition to our boxing and fitness program, we also have a health coaching and wellness program call Fit Unlimited to help those with weight loss, nutrition, and behavior change. Coach Jason is an ACE Certified Health Coach with years of experience of helping all walks of life improve their health. Lose weight, get fit, and have lasting results.

Health Coaching is a perfect compliment to boxing and fitness. A large majority of the change a person will see with their health is from their time away from the gym. Most medical conditions can be managed with diet and habits. To maximize your results you will need to address what you eat, your sleep, and the management of stress.

Health Coaching involves a monthly process of accountability, assessments, and one on one counseling with Coach Jason and his team. You may also elect to be apart of the Team Hazardous boxing and fitness program to get the exercise component of your health coaching.

Boxing Training


Get in great shape and learn valuable skills with boxing lessons from a skilled and experienced trainer. Boxing is a great way to stay motivated and boost your self-confidence.


You will train in focus pads and get a high intensity workout with timed rounds. Interval training is a great way to use time efficiently.

Fitness Training


Look and feel fantastic with fitness training from Coach Jason. Even if you are not a competitive athlete you will benefit and enjoy the sport specific training methods.


All fitness levels are able to train in this method. Jason will make sure you are challenged but also be sure not to push you beyond levels that are safe.
