Boxing Training in Northern NJ

Most of Team Hazardous's workouts are based around Boxing.  Get in great shape and learn valuable skills with boxing lessons from a skilled and experienced trainer. Boxing is a great way to stay motivated and boost your self-confidence.

 

You will train in focus pads and get a high intensity workout with timed rounds. Interval training is a great way to use time efficiently.

Boxing In The Park

We are now offering an outdoor training program called Boxing In The Park. Traiining is held in Lincoln Park in Jersey City. The fall semester will start Thursday, September 3rd and will run every week until October 29th. No equipment is required, but it is recommended. Go to our sign up page to enroll.
