Boxing Training in Bayonne, NJ

Most of Team Hazardous's workouts are based around Boxing.  Get in great shapeand learn valuable skills with boxing lessons from a skilled and experienced trainer. Boxing is a great way to stay motivated and boost your self-confidence.

 

You will train in focus pads and get a high intensity workout with timed rounds. Interval training is a great way to use time efficiently.

Personal Training & Private Boxing Lessons

We train as a team in a safe, fun, and effective environment. We offer training in Boxing, MMA Conditioning, and General Personal Fitness for adults and kids of all levels. Beginners and experienced people are welcome to join.  Workouts are segmented to include some training from the Sports listed below.
