Boxing In The Park is the response to not being in the boxing gym since the Covid-19 Pandemic. What we've learned during this time is that fitness can't be limited to the gym going forward. Not only did we launch our outdoor training, we also starting offering online boxing classes and personal training. 
 

Our outdoor boxing training is held at Lincoln Park in Jersey City right on the track. You will learn all the fundamentals of boxing such as footwork and proper technique. We always emphasis learning the right way from real boxing trainers with experience.

Although boxing is a fitness endeavor and you will get fit during the program, this is not a boxing for fitness program. We are boxers teaching boxing.
